2026 Music Fest — Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Effective for sponsorships of the 2026 Music Fest, held September 18–19, 2026 at Bluff Valley Campground.

By submitting a sponsorship application and payment, Sponsor agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Term. This agreement covers the 2026 Music Fest only, held September 18–19, 2026 at Bluff Valley Campground. It does not automatically renew for future events.

 

2. Artwork & Logo. Sponsor must submit logo/artwork (PNG or vector, minimum 300 DPI) no later than September 1, 2026 for inclusion in social media, event signage, and the Sponsor Board / QR sponsor page. The event organizer is not responsible for benefits that cannot be fulfilled due to late submission.

 

3. Banner. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sponsor is responsible for providing its own banner meeting the dimensions listed for its sponsorship tier, delivered to the venue no later than September 15, 2026. The organizer will provide placement and display only.

 

4. Payment. Full payment is due within 14 days of submitting this application, and no later than September 1, 2026, to guarantee placement and inclusion in event materials. Game and activity slot sponsorships are assigned on a first-paid basis and are not guaranteed until payment is received.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. If the event is canceled or postponed due to weather or other conditions beyond the organizer's control, Sponsor will receive a credit toward the following year's event in lieu of a cash refund.

6. Rights Granted. Sponsor grants the organizer the right to use its name and logo for the purpose of promoting the 2026 Music Fest, including on the Sponsor Board, QR sponsor page, social media, and printed signage. The organizer grants Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive license to reference itself as an "Official Sponsor of the 2026 Music Fest" in its own marketing during the term of this agreement.

 

7. Liability. Sponsor participates in the event at its own risk. The organizer is not liable for weather-related cancellations, delays, or damage to Sponsor property, signage, or equipment while on festival grounds.

 

8. Independent Relationship. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Sponsor and the organizer.

 

9. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
